This bespoke new-build project began with the purchase of an ageing property on an established Cobham plot. Recognising the site’s potential, our clients chose to create a home designed specifically around the way they wanted to live, rather than adapting the limitations of the existing house.

The new home combines clean contemporary architecture with warm, welcoming interiors. At its heart is a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space where carefully considered proportions, natural materials and expansive glazing create an effortless connection between inside and out.

One of the home’s defining features is the dramatic floating oak staircase, which forms a striking architectural focal point from the moment you enter. Throughout the property, bespoke detailing and a carefully curated material palette create interiors that feel elegant without being overstated, allowing the architecture itself to take centre stage.
