Ashtead Remodelling

Some projects extend far beyond the walls of the house itself. This substantial Ashtead refurbishment is transforming not only the main residence, but the entire estate, creating a setting in which the house, gardens and leisure facilities will work seamlessly together.

Within the house, extensive structural alterations are reshaping the layout to improve flow, functionality and the overall living experience. Carefully selected materials, bespoke joinery and refined architectural detailing will introduce a renewed sense of quality throughout while respecting the character and proportions of the original property.

The transformation continues beyond the house into the surrounding grounds. Alongside the refurbishment of the existing swimming pool, the project includes two spectacular new garden buildings: a beautifully appointed pool house featuring a kitchen, changing facilities and generous entertaining space, together with a standalone gym designed to complement the wider scheme. The accompanying landscaping works will help unify every element, creating a natural transition between the house and its surroundings.
